Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with Mygani LLC. Because ALL of our products are custom and print to order they are non-refundable, unless received by the customer damaged. Our products take 10-20 business days from order to print to delivery. Keep this in mind before placing your order, especially during the holidays as shipping times may increase. Also, note that some packages may ship separately. Double check that your billing, shipping, email address and cart information is correct. We are unable to make any changes once an order is submitted.
Refunds
To be eligible for a refund customers must email proof of purchase and photo of damaged product to hello@mygani.com within 5 days of receiving the product, we will notify you once we’ve received and accessed your email, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the shipping fee. Keep in mind it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Damages and issues
Please carefully inspect your order upon reception and contact us with 5 days of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct the situation; either a refund or replace the damaged product. Exceptions / non-returnable items
