FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

GENERAL SHIPPING
• Shipping is available in the United States. We highly recommend physical address versus using a P.O. BOX.
• Orders ship business days Monday-Friday
• All items are print to order and may take 10-15 business days. Please keep this in mind, especially during the holidays.

** For multiple items in one order, you may receive the items in separate orders because they are coming from different warehouses. Mygani is a 100% black, female US based owned business, with manufactures in the US and CHINA **

REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES We offer a 7-day return policy. Please email a clear photo of your order and the reason why to hello@mygani.com. Customers can receive a refund or replacement item for the same value. The customer is required to pay the cost of shipping, unless the return is due to a defective product or a seller error.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are not able to offer international shipping at this time.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Shipping can take 10-15 business days to be delivered after tracking has been updated. Please keep this in mind especially during the holidays

ADDRESS CHANGES
We are unable to change or update a shipping address once an order has been placed. Please be sure to check your shipping details prior to submitting your order.

APO/FPO SHIPPING
At this time, we are unable able to ship most of our products to U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses.

SHIPPING DAMAGES
Damage or loss incurred during shipment is the delivery company's responsibility. Claims must be properly filed with the delivering carrier. Although the addressee must initiate damage claims against the shipper, we will be happy to assist you.

RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us because of the wrong address, the customer must pay to have it reshipped or a refund can be issued. (minus the shipping costs)

LOST/ STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, if the USPS or tracking indicates the package was delivered, we will not reship orders that have been lost or stolen.
